Vitamins for weight loss, anti-aging, cancer prevention, I want to look like Jennifer Aniston!

After meeting Jennifer Aniston, I have looked into everything I could to look as good as she does. I think I might be taking to much though. I have been taking for weight loss; Vitamin B2, B3, B6, Sea Kelp, GTF Chromium, Pantothenic Acid, Inositol, and triple tea fat burner. For anti-aging, C0Q-10, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Resveratrol, Alpha-Lipoic Acid 600, also skin creams Neo Journee (swiss technology), and SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF. For cancer prevention; vitamin C, D3, Lysine, and Flaxseed Oil. Vitamin B12 because I’m vegetarian. I also take Estrodiol, Testosterone by prescription, and from time to time DHEA. About once a week I take Vitamin A + E. Please help me figure out if this is okay, or if I am taking too many, I want a hot body and to look good :-) I’m pretty sure Smartwater won’t do the trick. Though it would be great if it did!

Vitamins and Minerals

Immunotec has made its Vitamin and Mineral Supplement with Resveratrol the basis of the Daily Essentials Pack because this is a product that everyone can benefit from everyday. Even if you try to eat well, getting the optimal amount of nutrition in your diet can be very hard to do. Health experts have begun to realize that most people simply cannot eat well enough to meet their nutritional needs. In 2002, the American Medical Association stated: Most people do not consume an optimal amount of all vitamins by diet alone. Pending strong evidence of effectiveness from randomized trials, it appears prudent for ALL adults to take vitamin supplements. (JAMA 2002;287:3127-312) It is for this reason that doctors are no longer trained to believe that if a person is following the national food guides, then they are getting all the vitamins, minerals and micronutrients they need. Foods today are not as nutrient-rich as they once were. This is due to the processing of our foods, the depletion of nutrients in our soil and the engineering of plants and animals. www.immunotec.com
