It is an anti-aging anti-obesity pro long life supplement touted by Dr. Oz on the Oprah show. It comes in liquid and pill form. Anyone try it long term and did you see benefits? There are an awful lot of free offers with Oprah and Dr. Phil and Barbara Walter’s face on the ad but the problem is they keep sending you more Resveratrol unless you cancel and who knows they will accept your cancellation? I prefer CVS (liquid)or Walgreens (capsule) which carries it in my area.
I asked if anyone had tried supplements soy isoflavones and Resveratrol.?

Has Anyone Tried Grape Seed Extract For High Blood Pressure?

I have read that grape seed extract and olive leaf extract will lower high blood pressure naturally.
Has anyone tried it.
If so, did it work?
If it worked, what dosage did you use?
