video response to – cornrows ( the front) done on my natural hair

inspired video: www.youtube.com I did my second bentonite clay treatment (plan on doing one once a month) mixing it this time with one cup of water and one cup of apple cider vinegar. My hair came out beautiful. All tiny tightly coils were stretched and relaxed. I deep conditioned with Organix coconut milk conditioner mixed with; jojoba oil, grape seed oil and aloe vera gel. I sealed with avocado butter. The result were softened, stretched well moisturized hair. This style was quick and I love the results

Finding My Curls: Making a Bad Hair Morning Work for Work

This is my first natural hair video, so don’t be too rough lol ;) +FAQs: //Hair Type: 4C – Extra tiny coils //How long I’ve been natural: Since Feb 2010. //Tools Used: Wide Tooth Comb, a million hair pins //Product list: Grape Seed Oil | Eco Styler Gel [Pink Container] //What you don’t see: Before I applied those products I co-washed my hair quickly with Kimble’s Detangle the Conditioner, I didn’t divide my hair into sections like usual and only did a quick end detangle in the shower to cut down on time. //How long it “really” took: 20 minutes all together including the shower ;) +Tips: Never detangle your hair when it’s dry only when it’s wet to prevent breakage. [you get better slip] and to avoid these mornings all together braid and wrap your hair overnight ;) +You can find my hair blog at : findingmycurls.tumblr.com for more pictures, hair tips and tricks, and information for 4C girls out there. Enjoy your hair journey divas!
