Alcohol ‘in moderation’ will lead to cancer. It does not promote health effects. The purple pigment resveratrol – that is good for you, and because it is found in red grape juice – scientists concluded that it must be good for you. The research was conducted in France… but they missed out a confounding variable – these red-wine consumers who lived longer also ate rhubarb, red cabbage, beetroot… and many other fruits and vegetables which are red and purple in colour. It was these red and purple coloured fruits and vegetables which contained this pigment [resveratrol] which gave added years to them – not the rotten (mouldy) fermented red wine which also contained traces of resveratrol. When a person drinks, their judgement is impaired (that’s why people should not drink and drive). Not only this, our moral judgement is impaired. If you drink a lot – then it’s impaired a lot. If you drink ‘in moderation’ then you are defiling the temple of God and impairing your judgement ‘in moderation’. How foolish! ALCOHOL DEFILES THE TEMPLE OF THE LIVING GOD! How do drunken people act? …Very very silly, right?! They are more prone to commit all kinds of other sins, such as smoking, drug abuse, foul language, promiscuity, frowardness (like dancing on the table) and many other such sins.
