Because we keep hearing the conflicting studies that if you drink more than 7, 8, 9, 10 glasses of wine a week you are at an increased risk for some cancers, women especially? Dr. Oz: For women, I would not drink more than a glass of wine or any alcohol a day, and for men you can get a little bit more than that. Pills of resveratrol make more sense. But, you know, I want to warn everybody. We don’t have a ton of information about this in humans — and we’re not going to for another few decades, but taking proactive steps today could give us that extra longevity. Diane Sawyer: Okay.
