I know this is asking a lot, but is there a multivitam that contains all the essential nutrients at the RDA level, or at the very least, the below nutrients.
I know I can buy individual supplements to catch each of the nutrients listed below, but if there was say 1 or 2 multivitamin tablets that contained all the nutrients, that would be great.

just take individual supplements don’t think you will find all that in one vitamin

Problem is, that you would have to take a couple of horse pills to fit all of that in there. Calcium alone takes up a lot of space, and then you would have to compact it so much that it wouldn’t dissolve.
And there are numerous other nutrients that you haven’t listed, such as all the b vitamins, you only have half of them. And your DHA/Omegas are better found in oil form, in a capsule.
Here is a really complete multivitamin/mineral and you can add some of the other nutrients to it.
Give it a go and see how you feel.
