Have ready any medications you are taking including over the counter meds. If something sounds too good to be true it usually is and Oprah has been on the carpet regarding her medical advise. I do think Dr Oz knows what he is talking about but I have serious doubts about Dr Phil (have you checked his college background and credentials-very interesting) and Barbara Walters is nothing but an interviewer and TV personality who can afford millions of work on her face before Resveratrol was on the market.

I would be very wary of something that claims to be both anti-aging and anti-obseity in the same tabletl/liquid. Has enough research been done?
