Well, you’re definitely right that it sounds like they were trying to be deceptive… I would have assumed that means it’s got a lot of Resveratrol in it instead of just a trace amount if it said it on the front of the bottle, but that’s why it’s also a good reason to read the supplement facts to make sure the company isn’t trying to use marketing to sell their product. Red Wine actually has very little Resveratrol, so you likely got less than 1 mg from that product.

Ultimately, Resveratrol is Resveratrol no matter which company sells it as long as that company is legit and has good quality. It is a fantastic antioxidant that is also good for cardiovascular health, but that’s about it.
You can get it from any health food store (GNC, Whole Foods, etc) and many other places, but I would be careful about online ads for it (and the “free trials” are hardly ever free since they have to get you to pay for it somehow). Unfortunately, Resveratrol is one of a few high powered antioxidants that are fads right now and when there is a fad, there are always people and companies that take advantage of that popularity and sell their own piece of it. The unfortunate part is that too many of those people/companies make baseless claims in order to sell their product faster and for higher prices.

If you re-read the label you will see it says red wine complex =a mixture= grapeseed is also resveratrol

Twin Labs is quality products but again read labels and make sure there are no synthetics or hydrogenated oil

There is a discount website called vitacost and they have many namebrands. you can just type “resveratrol” in their serch and all of the reputable companies will come up. it is discount, but you can go to the healthfood store. though it will be more expensive.

if you go to the healthfood store ask for a recommendation and when they give you the company name go on the internet and find it at a discount. that’s what i do and i save lot’s of money on health supplements.
