Cranberry works great for any kind of bladder infection. Which happens a lot to people with MS. Natural Cranberry juice if you can stand it, also works great. Walmart has crappy vitamins don't ever buy from them.

I didn't know that about grape seed extract. It's a anti-oxidant. All anti-oxidants seem to help people with MS since we are full of free radicals. And free radicals hate anti-oxidants.
Other anti-oxidants that are good are vitamin C and vitamin E. I take another anti-oxidant called ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid). It seems to help my energy level. ALA helps make vitamin C and E work better. ALA also helps increase glutathione, which we are all lacking in. It helps with energy and detoxification.
