The best resveratrol supplement on the market is without a doubt Resjuve. Their supplement contains 4 powerful ingredients (Resveratrol, Acai berry, Pomegranate & Green Tea) all of which are beneficial to the body. Only buy from a reputable suppliers and do not enroll into free trials. Free trials are deceptive marketing tactics to sign you up for very expensive monthly rebills. I personally take Resjuve and I have recommended it to numerous colleagues and friends.

Why would you want to? Their supposed benefits are unproven and overhyped. It’s just the latest health fraud based on a little bit of actual science, and extrapolating beyond reason.
The linked article covers what is known, and more importantly what remains unproven about resveretrol. Quacks like Dr Oz who promote it, do so without the backing of scientific evidence.

My recommended source of resveratrol is through a high quality muscadine grape supplement. Beyond the “famed” resveratrol, muscadines contain high levels of other potent compounds known to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-cancer properties, much higher than other grape species. I recommend a brand called Muscadine Plus because it was created by a group of researchers focused on making a supplement rather than a wine maker producing a supplement on the side. Resveratrol 100, derived from Japanese knotweed, is a rich source of resveratrol and would be another excellent choice for a primary antioxidant supplement. (Laboratory and animal-based studies suggest that resveratrol is a miracle substance, but the dosage required to provide the miracle in humans is still being defined; the recommended dosage will probably change over time. Onging studies in HIV patients are using up to 1000mg. Some sources estimate the toxic dose to be at least 75 grams per day!)
Green tea contains chemical compounds called “catechins,” well known to have potent anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-cancer properties. These same substances are classified as “tannins,” (think: leather tanning) and can adversely affect intestinal absorption of nutrients if consumed in significant amounts over an extended period. Therefore, green tea should best be enjoyed as a beverage, rotated with other beverages to allow the GI tract to recover. (Berries, including muscadines also include tannins, but not as high a concentration as green tea. Japanese knotweed does not contain tannins.)
Another antioxidant that should be considered for everyday use is turmeric. Turmeric, found in curry, offers very potent anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. The protection that turmeric offers is slightly different than muscadines or resveratrol and it can be taken along with these products.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
